How Universal Download Manager (UDMGO) collects, uses, and protects information.
1. Information We Process
- Public URLs you paste for downloads.
- Basic app usage events for stability and performance.
- Optional AI requests for OCR, summaries, and document Q&A.
- Ad-related signals for free users via Google AdMob.
2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
- Passwords, private messages, contacts, or call logs.
- Personal local files unless you explicitly select/upload/convert them.
- Precise GPS location.
3. How Data Is Used
- To process downloads and conversions requested by you.
- To provide AI document features.
- To improve reliability, speed, and abuse protection.
- To show ads in the free version.
4. File Storage
Files are stored on your device by default. If cloud processing is used for selected features, files/text may be processed temporarily to complete your request.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate location, and app interaction data.
6. Children’s Privacy
UDMGO is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe child data has been submitted.
7. Your Rights
You may request correction/deletion of data we control, subject to legal obligations.
