Terms of Service
Rules for using Universal Download Manager (UDMGO).
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using UDMGO, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
UDMGO provides tools for downloads, document preview, conversion, library features, OCR, summaries, and AI-assisted Ask Document reasoning.
3. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of UDMGO is lawful and that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to access, upload, download, convert, analyze, or otherwise use any content submitted through the service.
4. User Content and Responsibility
Any URL, file, document, text, prompt, or question submitted by you is your responsibility. You represent that you have the legal right to submit and process that content and that it does not violate any law, contract, privacy right, intellectual property right, or third-party right.
5. Ask Document and AI Features
Some features, including Ask Document reasoning, OCR, and summaries, require server-side processing. By using those features, you authorize UDMGO to process your submitted files, extracted text, prompts, and related content on our servers and through third-party providers acting on our behalf.
You should not use these features for highly sensitive content unless you accept that such server-side processing is necessary to provide the requested functionality.
6. Prohibited Use
- Copyright infringement, unlawful downloading, or unauthorized access to content.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, harmful code, or fraudulent content.
- Using the service to abuse, harass, exploit, or harm others.
- Attempting to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass limits, or interfere with the service or its security.
- Using AI outputs to mislead others or for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated answers, summaries, OCR results, and reasoning outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, academic, compliance, or other high-risk decisions.
8. Availability and Changes
UDMGO may add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued support for any specific source, or error-free operation.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the service if we reasonably believe there is abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, excessive automated use, or violation of these Terms.
10. Payments (If Applicable)
If paid or premium features are offered, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be handled by the relevant platform or payment provider, such as Google Play, subject to their rules and policies.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
UDMGO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDMGO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.
